Enabling the Project Module
To manage tasks and collaborate on projects:
Apps → Install "Project"
This adds project dashboards, task workflows, time tracking, and reporting tools — fully integrated with Timesheets, HR, and CRM.
Creating a Project and Phases
Start here:
Projects → Create
Define:
- 📌 Project Name
- 👥 Assigned Team Members
- 📂 Project Tags or Customers (if linked to Sales)
Add custom stages to reflect your process (e.g., Backlog → In Progress → Review → Done).
Adding and Assigning Tasks
Within a project, create tasks and assign them to users:
