Cancellation Policy

  1. Order/Service Cancellation
    • Customers may cancel their order or service request within 2 days of placing the order for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.
  2. Subscription Services
    • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However, cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will not be eligible for a refund for that cycle.
    • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  3. Non-Cancellable Items/Services
    • Certain items or services may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed. These include:
      • Custom or personalized products.
      • Services that have already been initiated or completed.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    • Refunds are available for orders or services that meet the following conditions:
      • The product/service was not delivered as promised.
      • The product/service was defective or damaged upon delivery.
      • The cancellation request was made within the eligible time frame.
  2. Refund Process
    • Refund requests must be submitted via email within 2 days of the issue or cancellation.
    • Once the refund request is received, we will review and process it within 5-10 business days.
  3. Refund Method
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
    • In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, alternative arrangements may be made at our discretion.
  4. Non-Refundable Items/Services
    • The following are not eligible for refunds:
      • Products/services explicitly marked as non-refundable.
      • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
      • Services that have been fully rendered.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of extraordinary circumstances, such as:

  • Errors on our part (e.g., incorrect billing or delivery).
