We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services:

• Information you give us — name, work email, company, phone number, budget range and project details submitted through our contact form or by email.
• Usage information — pages visited, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type.
• Client project data — data held inside systems we build, host or support for a client, which we process strictly on that client's instructions.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals, estimates and statements of work.
• To deliver, support and maintain the software we are engaged to build or operate.
• To send service communications relating to an active engagement.
• To improve our website and understand which services visitors are looking for.
• To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client project data to train models for any other client or for ourselves.

Where Indian or other applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (enquiry forms and marketing), the performance of a contract (delivery of engaged services), our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Our website uses essential cookies needed for the site to function, and analytics cookies that help us understand traffic. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — cloud hosting, email, analytics and payment processing — each bound by contract to protect it. For client engagements, our sub-processors are listed in the relevant agreement and we will give notice before adding a new one. We may also disclose data where required by law.

We serve clients in India and abroad, so data may be processed in other countries, including in the EU, UK, US and Gulf regions. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use contractual safeguards appropriate to the destination.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless it becomes part of a contracted engagement. Project and financial records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by Indian tax and company law. Client project data is deleted or returned on request at the end of an engagement.

We use encryption in transit, access control on a least-privilege basis, audit logging, secrets management and regular dependency patching. Client environments are isolated from one another. Access to production data is limited to named engineers on that engagement.

You may ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to a particular use. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If the data sits inside a client's system, we will route your request to that client as the data controller.
